Two scores in one plain-English report. Your Visibility Score checks how easily customers can find and trust you online, from public information only. Your Secured Score comes from your own answers about your everyday cyber basics. Nothing is scanned and we never log in to your accounts.

1. Your business

We use these public links for your Visibility Score. Leave out anything you don't have yet.

Copy these from your Google listing. Leave them blank if you're not sure.

Quick questions about your pages

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn often block automatic checks, so your answers fill the gap. They're marked “from your answers” in the report. Skip any that don't apply.

Does your Facebook Page show your phone, opening hours and website?

Have you posted on Facebook or Instagram in the last month?

Does your LinkedIn page have your logo, a short overview and your website link?

2. Secured questions

Answer for your business as it is today. There are no wrong answers, and “Not sure” is fine: it shows as “not checked yet” and isn't marked down. Please don't type any passwords anywhere.

Passwords and MFA

MFA (multi-factor authentication) means a second step, like a code on your phone, as well as your password.

Is MFA turned on for your business email?Email is the key to resetting every other account.

Is MFA turned on for your banking and accounting logins? For example internet banking, Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.

Is MFA turned on for your social media and Google accounts?Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and your Google Business Profile.

Does everyone use a different password for each account (for example with a password manager)?Reused passwords let one leak open many doors.

Backups

Backups only help if they're automatic, kept separately and can be restored.

Are your important files and records backed up automatically?Customer records, invoices, photos and documents.

Is a copy kept somewhere separate from your main computer or system? For example a separate cloud backup, or a drive kept unplugged.

Have you tested restoring a file from your backup in the last 6 months?A backup you've never restored is a hope, not a plan.

Updates

Security updates fix the holes attackers use.

Do your computers and phones install security updates automatically?

Are your key apps and web browsers kept up to date? For example your browser, office apps and point-of-sale software.

Are all your devices still getting security updates from their maker?Very old computers, phones and routers stop getting updates.

Admin access

Admin accounts can change everything, so fewer is safer.

Do staff use everyday (non-admin) accounts for normal work?

Does each person have their own login (no shared logins)?

When someone leaves, is their access removed straight away?

Wi-Fi and router

Your router is the front door to your network.

Do customers and visitors use a separate guest Wi-Fi network?

Has the router's default admin password been changed?

Is the router's software (firmware) kept up to date, with WPA2 or WPA3 encryption?

Email and phishing

Fake emails and login pages are the most common trick.

Do you always confirm changes to bank or payment details by phone, using a number you already have?

Do staff know how to spot fake login pages and suspicious links?

Staff habits

Good habits matter more than tools.

Does everyone know who to tell if something looks off?

Can staff report a mistake (like clicking a bad link) without being blamed?

Do you run a short security refresher at least once a year?
